Didn't actually know there was another place for bowling as I only knew of the one in parc tawe but my brother booked here and was very good.
Was very busy so reccomend booking ahead.
Has food and drink that's pretty good and loads of arcade games.
A very disappointing visit tonight. Over the past few weeks it just seems to be getting worse. Tonight we seemed to pay top dollar for 2 games of bowling, £50 for 2 adults, 2 kids and that's without drinks. We started having issues towards the end of the first game, the guides came down without notice, so the engineer had to be called. Then there was an issue with the pin arm thing so we were then moved to another lane which also had issues. Third time lucky with another lane but yet again issues with the pins, the arm would come down, knock one over and count that as an additional pin being knocked down.
We had issues last time and decided to give the place a second chance but it seems to have gone down hill. The toilets were filthy, 5 games machines were out of order, the decor etc looked run down, the cork shooting machine game literally had one bear in it and the choice of prizes for tickets was shocking.
We did mention at the end we were disappointed with the amount of issues to which they apologised but by then not even an appology could save the disappointment.
Manager to lazy to get off her perch and sort the coin machines out for the kids and her attitude stinks
We arrived at 6.35 and noticed a play area so we took our kids. When we paid for our kids we were not told they were closing in 25 mins so we were really shocked to be told to leave at 6.55 and we could not got any kind of reimbursement. We paid £10 for horrible drinks where the pumps needed changing, and we noticed a sign that said between 3-7pm kids eat free but they would not honor that and we were talked to very unprofessionally by a guy named Russell. The tables were all full of food and mess and the floors and toilets were absolutely stinking. We also then looked at the bowling prices and it was £50 for 2 adults and 2 children for 1 game, how come it's so expensive when it's £20 in tenpin around the corner? We were told by the supervisor that we would get a call from the manager the next day to sort out a partial refund but we are still waiting. I will avoid this place in the future and advise friends not to go there.
I accidentally bought a second game and immediately mentioned to them, and they wouldn’t give me a refund. With a very smiley face saying they can’t give refunds. Won’t come back if that’s how fairly they treat customers. It’s very simple to provide a fair service.
Edit 1: the game broke and was not counting the score correctly. One of our players got a strike and counted as a nine. They did not fix the score after forcing us to play the second game. Also the staff member smelled strongly of BO.
Edit 2: as soon as our game ended they routed some new customers in behind us to rush us out, despite there being many free lanes. Nice.
First time at this venue.
We went on a Sunday morning before 10:00 hrs and it was only £6.00 for a family of four, for one game.
One game was enough with little ones.
Can't fault the bowling . Great fun, nice and clean area.
Downside was the price of a small lemonade from the pump, over £2.00 and I mean small. Adjust your pricing and people may spend more. If you have not been then give it a go..... Not just bowling either... Plenty going on including a soft play.
Came here this afternoon with my husband for two games of bowling and a game of ninja tag. We had a great time in the ninja tag, had the place to ourselves and were exhausted after our 15 minute game. Great workout and lots of fun.
This place is disgusting rip off ! £23 for two small children to bowl ! When I asked the blonde girl at reception if there was any offers on multi activities as we wanted to go in the play area she said if you’re paying for bowling you can …
I hope the manager sees this but a girl in a beautiful dress I think her name was Paula served us food, really made sure we enjoyed our time here offered us a deal on bowling whilst having food! This girl deserves a promotion she took …
Went here to kill time whilst waiting for the car to be repaired. Bowling is reasonably priced, but you could easily spend more than you intend on the arcade machines on site. Staff are helpful when a machine goes faulty.
